Report designs from Figma

Design the report in Figma. Generate it for every client here.

Export your report layout from Figma as SVG and import it. Text and shapes become editable elements you can link to your spreadsheet, so one design becomes every client's report.

One template, every client

Same template. Different client, different brand.

Pick a sample client. Its data sets the logo, colors and font along with the scores, charts, status and recommendations. The design itself never changes. Acme and Globex, and the people quoted in their reports, are fictional.

How it works

From a Figma design to client reports in three steps

  1. 1

    Import your Figma design

Export the frame as SVG and import it as a new project. Text, shapes and images arrive as editable elements, with a note of anything that needs adjusting.

  2. 2

    Connect your spreadsheet

Connect a Google Sheet or upload an Excel or CSV file. Map a column to each field. One row is one client.

Generate a branded report for every client

Pick the rows and download a PDF, or a zip with one report per row, on your brand or on each client's.

Questions, answered

How do I get my design in?

Export the frame as SVG from Figma and import it as a new project. Text, shapes and images become editable elements.

Will it look the same?

Most layouts come across as designed. The import lists anything it could not reproduce exactly, such as some Figma-only effects, so you can adjust it.

How do I make parts change per client?

Text layers that contain a field placeholder are matched to the spreadsheet column of the same name on import. You can also link any element to a column by hand afterwards.

Do I need to code?

No. Reports are built in a visual editor, and a report element is linked to a column of your data by picking it from a list. A rule such as a score under 40 turning red is set with a threshold control, not a formula. Only the optional API takes technical setup.

Can reports contain charts and conditional content?

Yes. Bar, line, pie, donut and radar charts, gauges, KPI tiles and tables are drawn from the data rather than pasted in as pictures. Rules you define change colors, labels and text according to each client's values.

How are reports generated and delivered?

In the app, pick one or more records in the export dialog: one downloads a single PDF, several download a zip with one report each. Through the API, available on request, an automation generates one report per request and receives a private PDF link. Either way, you send the reports yourself, from your email, CRM or client portal. Built-in email delivery and scheduled runs are not available yet.

What do I get if I upgrade?

The Free plan includes the full editor, Google Sheets, Excel and CSV sources, charts and rules, with up to 3 report designs, 10 reports per batch, and a watermark on PNG and JPG exports. Paid plans raise those limits (Starter allows 25 designs and 100 reports per batch; Pro allows 200 and 1,000), remove the image watermark, and add custom font uploads and 5 logo variants per brand profile. PDF reports are never watermarked on any plan. API access is arranged on request.
