It turns data you already collect into designed, branded, multi-page PDF reports. You design the report once in a visual editor, connect your data, and generate a report for each client. The scores, charts, colors and text in each report come from that client's data.
Who is it for?
Consultancies and advisors who send the same kind of report to many clients: maturity and readiness assessments, scorecards, 360 feedback summaries and recurring KPI reports. It also suits the agencies and consultants who set up reporting workflows for those businesses.
Do I need to code?
No. Reports are built in a visual editor, and a report element is linked to a column of your data by picking it from a list. A rule such as a score under 40 turning red is set with a threshold control, not a formula. Only the optional API takes technical setup.
Which data sources can I use?
Three connect directly: a Google Sheet, read live with read-only access, and Excel (.xlsx) or CSV files you upload. An uploaded file is a snapshot, so you upload a new version when the numbers change. Data from tools such as Airtable, Jotform, Typeform, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make and n8n arrives through a Google Sheet the tool fills, or an automation can send each record to the generation API, which is available on request.
Does Reportspace integrate directly with Airtable, Jotform or GoHighLevel?
Not directly. The built-in connections are Google Sheets, Excel and CSV. Airtable, Jotform, GoHighLevel and similar tools can each write their records to a Google Sheet, which Reportspace reads; you set that up inside the tool. For a report the moment a record arrives, an automation in Zapier, Make, n8n or your own code can call the generation API, available on request.
How does client data become a personalized report?
Each row in your main sheet is one client. You link text, charts and indicators in the design to columns, and related sheets can supply per-client detail such as category scores or trend history, shown in charts, tables and sections that repeat per record. When you generate, Reportspace fills the same design once for every row you select.
Can I use my existing report design?
Yes. Import the PDF you send today and each page becomes the fixed background of a report page; then place live text, charts and indicators on top. The page is a picture of your design, so its original text and shapes are not individually editable. A Canva design works the same way once exported as PDF. A Figma frame exported as SVG arrives as editable elements. You can also start from a blank page or a template.
Can reports contain charts and conditional content?
Yes. Bar, line, pie, donut and radar charts, gauges, KPI tiles and tables are drawn from the data rather than pasted in as pictures. Rules you define change colors, labels and text according to each client's values.
Does Reportspace write the recommendations with AI?
No. The recommendation text is yours. You write it once, and the rules you define decide which text appears for each client. The same data and rules always produce the same report.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Your logo, colors and fonts apply across the report. You can keep several brand profiles and let a column in your data choose which one each client's report uses.
How are reports generated and delivered?
In the app, pick one or more records in the export dialog: one downloads a single PDF, several download a zip with one report each. Through the API, available on request, an automation generates one report per request and receives a private PDF link. Either way, you send the reports yourself, from your email, CRM or client portal. Built-in email delivery and scheduled runs are not available yet.
Can reports be generated automatically through an API?
Yes, on request. Using an access token that a workspace owner creates, your automation sends a web request with the report ID and one record's values. The report is queued, and you get a private PDF link, valid for 24 hours, by checking the request's status or through a callback. Zapier, Make, n8n or custom code can send the request; there is no listed Reportspace app in those tools. A request carries one flat record, so charts and tables built on related sheets still read them from the report's connected source. The API produces the PDF and does not deliver it.
How many reports can I generate?
PDF reports are not metered per month. Your plan sets how many reports one batch can contain, from 10 on Free to 5,000 on Studio.
What do I get if I upgrade?
The Free plan includes the full editor, Google Sheets, Excel and CSV sources, charts and rules, with up to 3 report designs, 10 reports per batch, and a watermark on PNG and JPG exports. Paid plans raise those limits (Starter allows 25 designs and 100 reports per batch; Pro allows 200 and 1,000), remove the image watermark, and add custom font uploads and 5 logo variants per brand profile. PDF reports are never watermarked on any plan. API access is arranged on request.
What happens to my data?
A connected Google Sheet stays where it is and is read, read-only, when you generate. An uploaded Excel or CSV file is stored in your workspace as a snapshot. A record sent through the API is kept with its run for 90 days. Generated reports are private and reached through time-limited links: an API link lasts 24 hours, a zip bundle and the rows it was built from seven days, and other generated files are purged automatically within 90 days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. A subscription is managed from the billing page of your workspace and can be cancelled at any time. The Free plan needs no card and does not expire.
